How it happens

From Copilot licences to agents in the work.

Many UK organisations now have Copilot available. Far fewer have agents doing real work with it. We take firms along that route in two moves.

Some learn to build. A builder group learns agents, workflows and automation through our agent workshops. Some, not every member of staff. The Agent Journey maps that route stage by stage.

The firm embeds it. Agents go into the firm's actual processes as an ongoing capability, backed by the Embed retainer as the new ways of working bed in.

Need whole-company Copilot training first? We arrange that through our training partner IQIT and sequence it within the same plan. Agents are the destination and our specialism, and the whole journey runs as one plan.

Discover

The paid input phase. We get to know the firm, map the workflows and SOPs that shape the week and find the places where an agent would earn its keep.

Design

Our production phase, covered by your Discover fee and never charged separately. Everything from Discover becomes the agent roadmap, the recommended build route and a plan on a page, played back in a session of about an hour.

Enable

Workshops for your builder group, the people who will build and maintain agents. Sessions run on your own workflows in your own tenant, sized by the roadmap.

Automate

Where the roadmap gets built by the route fixed at Design. We build agents in Copilot Studio and the Power Platform, with documented handover, or we deliver alongside your team on route two.

Embed

The ongoing stage, on a retainer from £750 a month with a three month minimum. Agent operations, optimisation, new use cases and async support, with the monthly mix agreed at the quarterly review.
