FiveForward is a UK AI consultancy focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, automation and AI adoption.
We help organisations implement practical AI systems and workflows. The work focuses on Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI automation and Copilot agents, with the training, SharePoint and Power Platform groundwork that keeps it running.
We have been working with AI since 2022, long before Copilot existed in its current form. As the models have become more capable and the rollouts more ambitious, the interesting question has shifted from 'what can AI do' to 'how do we help people use it in the work they already do'.
That second question is what we do for a living. Copilot rollouts, training programmes built around real work, Power Automate solutions that handle the repetitive jobs and the SharePoint foundations that hold it all together.
The pattern is consistent: organisations struggling with Copilot are rarely struggling with the technology alone. They are struggling with the gap between what the tools can theoretically do and what their team needs help with on a normal working day. That gap is easy to miss in procurement and easy to miss in a demo. It becomes visible a few months later, when usage is uneven and the expected change has not arrived.

FiveForward is based near Colchester in Essex and works with organisations across the UK. Most engagements are hybrid: on-site days when they help the work, remote delivery between them.

Every flow, agent and SharePoint structure is documented so your team can maintain it without us. We want clients to have the option to continue independently.

Be honest about what Copilot can't do.
There's a use case for Copilot in your organisation. There's also one where it's the wrong answer. We'll tell you both, even when it costs us scope.

Measure what matters.
If we can't agree what success looks like in numbers or specifics, we shouldn't be starting the engagement. Vague goals lead to vague outcomes.
