Most Copilot training works well online. Live Microsoft Teams sessions, shared screens, small cohorts and practical exercises against your own work. People stay at their desk, leadership joins from wherever they happen to be that week and there is no half-day lost to travel.
On-site sessions earn their cost when something specific needs the room. Leadership briefings where reading body language matters. Champion training where building a network of people across the business is part of the point. SharePoint discovery days where eight people need to look at the same screen and disagree out loud. We run those in Colchester, Essex and London, and travel further when the engagement justifies it.
