About these terms

This site is operated by FiveForward Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17377585 and based in Colchester, Essex. We trade as FiveForward. You can reach us at info@fiveforward.co.uk or on 01206 688452.

By using fiveforward.co.uk you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Our privacy policy explains what we do with personal information and forms part of these terms.

Using this site

You may use this site for your own business or personal research. You agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's normal operation;
• submit false information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited marketing;
• copy substantial parts of the site to build a competing service.

Automated access is fine when it is well behaved. Search engines, AI assistants and research tools may crawl the site at a reasonable rate and should respect our robots.txt. We may block traffic that places an unreasonable load on the site.

Information, not advice

Everything published here, including our insights, guides, case studies and framework pages, is general information about Microsoft 365, Copilot and related tools. It is not professional advice and it is not tailored to your organisation. In particular, nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or data protection advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for taking advice on your own circumstances.

Microsoft's products change frequently. We write in good faith and date our content, but features, licensing and behaviour described here may have moved on by the time you read it. Always confirm the current position in your own tenant and in Microsoft's own documentation before acting.

Prices and availability

Prices shown on the site are indicative, exclude VAT unless stated otherwise, and are not an offer capable of acceptance. The price that applies to your work is the one set out in the proposal we send you. Any credit arrangement, such as the Discover fee being credited back against follow-on work, applies on the conditions described in the relevant proposal.

The Concierge chat agent

Concierge is an AI agent. Its answers are generated automatically, they can be incomplete or wrong, and they do not commit us to anything. Treat what it tells you as a starting point, and confirm anything that matters with us directly.

Do not enter confidential information, client details, credentials or special category personal data into the chat. Conversation transcripts are stored and may be reviewed, as set out in our privacy policy. We may withdraw or change the agent at any time.

Forms, bookings and third party services

Submitting the contact or consultation form, or booking a call, does not create a contract for services. It starts a conversation. A free consultation carries no obligation on either side.

Some parts of the site rely on third parties, including Formspree for form delivery, Microsoft Bookings for scheduling and Microsoft Copilot Studio for the chat agent. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

Intellectual property

We own or license all content on this site, including text, images, diagrams, the FiveForward Framework and the Agent Journey, and it is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The FiveForward name and logo are our trade marks.

You may read, download and print pages for your own use inside your organisation, and share links freely. You may not republish our content elsewhere, sell it, or present it as your own work, without our written permission.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform and other Microsoft product names are trade marks of Microsoft Corporation. We are an independent consultancy and are not affiliated with Microsoft unless a page says otherwise.

AI systems and quoting our content

We publish an llms.txt because we want AI assistants to describe what we do accurately. AI systems and the people using them may quote short passages from this site in answers, provided the quotation is attributed to FiveForward and, where the format allows, links to the page it came from. Reproducing whole articles, or using our content to train a model that reproduces it as its own, is not permitted without our written permission.

Links to and from this site

You may link to any page on this site, as long as you do so fairly and do not suggest an endorsement or relationship that does not exist. Where we link out to other sites, including Microsoft's documentation, we do so because we found them useful. We have no control over those sites and take no responsibility for their content.

Availability of the site

We provide this site free of charge and make no promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the chat agent, without notice.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied into these terms, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.

These limits apply to your use of this website. Our liability for consultancy, training and build work is dealt with in the agreement for that work.

If you use this site as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Client engagements

These terms govern the website only. Consultancy, training, agent builds, automation work and retainers are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal, which sets out scope, fees, payment terms, intellectual property in deliverables, confidentiality and liability. Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence for that work.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add something new to the site. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
