Every price is fixed before any work starts, and Microsoft's own usage charges are kept separate from ours. All prices exclude VAT.

Up to six hours of discovery sessions with the people who do the work, across one team or service line, plus Design. Credited back in full once follow-on spend passes £3,500 before VAT within 90 days of the roadmap.
Firm size doesn't change the price. Need more teams covered? We'll quote any extra sessions up front, before we start. Design is included in Discover and never charged separately.
Commission any follow-on build, workshop or Embed work within 90 days of receiving your roadmap, and once its combined fees pass £3,500 before VAT, the full £1,500 comes off the invoices for that work. Everything commissioned inside the window counts, including an extra workshop for another group. The credit has no cash value, applies once per client and lapses after 90 days. Book within the window and the credit stands even if the work runs later.
The six accountancy agents
Each ready-made agent has its own fixed build price, confirmed on a free 30-minute call, with the specification included. Once live, it's looked after under Embed from £750 a month, which covers up to two live agents.

Where the work isn't one of the six ready-made agents, it's built from your Discover plan. You choose the route at the Design playback, and no build starts until the price is fixed.

We build the agents in your Microsoft 365, test them on your real examples and hand them over with documentation and a walkthrough for your team. The price depends on the number of agents, the systems they connect to and the state of the source data.

We check each agent ran and what it flagged, chase approvals that have waited too long, fix broken connections and keep up with Microsoft's changes and yours. Three-month minimum, reviewed quarterly. New builds are scoped separately.

One live agent or automation means one delivered capability, however many agents, flows or components sit inside it.
Microsoft's usage charges
Microsoft's own usage charges, such as Copilot Credits, are billed by Microsoft to your firm, separately from our fees.
Microsoft bills its usage to your firm. We build agents so routine steps run as standard automations and AI is only used where judgement is needed, which keeps that bill low and predictable. We review it with you each quarter.
