Pricing

Transparent pricing

Clear rates for consulting, staff enablement and bespoke AI implementation. Detailed breakdown available on request.

Core rates

Three ways most engagements start.

Rates include everything. Discovery, bespoke design, tailored materials, delivery and follow-up are all built into the hourly and day rate. You're not billed separately for prep, slides or session design.

Ad hoc consulting

From £220/hour

From £1,450/day

Strategy, advisory and one-off problem solving for Microsoft Copilot adoption. Booked by the hour or by the day.

Custom training

From £180/hour

From £1,200/day

Bespoke online training built around your team's actual workflows. Every session includes design, tailored materials, examples and exercises built specifically for your team. No generic decks, no off-the-shelf libraries.

Onsite training

From £250/hour

From £1,750/day

In-person delivery at your office. Same bespoke design and tailored materials as online training, with the added value of being in the room. Rate covers travel within reason, delivery and all preparation.

Training sessions typically run 2 to 3 hours, with 8 participants recommended and up to 12 maximum. Most rollouts combine multiple sessions across a day or across weeks, depending on what suits your team.

Bespoke implementations (Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows, integrated solutions) are quoted after a discovery conversation. See below.

How it works

How staff enablement projects usually work.

Most projects follow the same broad shape as the FiveForward Framework, which describes each stage in more depth.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Understand teams, workflows, needs and the opportunities Copilot opens up.

  2. 02

    Training Design

Bespoke materials and exercises built around your work, not a generic library.

  3. 03

    Pilot Session

Run with a representative group to test the approach against real conditions.

  4. 04

    Rollout

Sessions delivered online or onsite, sized for genuine interaction.

  5. 05

    Ongoing or Bespoke

Some projects move into retained support or a bespoke AI implementation.

Most staff enablement projects begin with a discovery phase to understand your teams, workflows, needs and the opportunities Copilot opens up for your specific organisation. Training materials and assets are then built bespoke to the client, never pulled from a generic library.

A pilot session is run before wider rollout to test the approach against real conditions. Rollout sessions are then delivered online or onsite, depending on what fits your team. Some projects lead into ongoing support or a bespoke AI implementation.

Group sizes

Numbers that keep training useful.

  • Online training works best with up to 8 participants per session, with a recommended maximum of 12.

  • Onsite training can support up to 20 participants per room.

  • Larger groups tend to reduce interaction, relevance and individual learning quality, so additional sessions are usually recommended rather than packing more people into one room.

Bespoke solutions

Implementation work, scoped individually.

Bespoke AI implementations, including custom Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows and integrated solutions, are quoted after a discovery conversation.

Pricing reflects the scope of work, the complexity of the implementation, the effort to deliver and the business impact the solution is expected to create. Each project is scoped individually rather than fitted to a fixed package.

Talk through what would be useful.

A 30-minute conversation is enough to work out what a sensible first move looks like, and roughly what it would cost.
