Discover maps how your teams work and where Copilot earns its place. It is scoped by what you come away with, not by hours. Once follow-on work passes £3,500, the £1,500 comes back in full, so Discover pays for itself once the programme begins.

Discover Plus

Everything in Discover, plus a pilot training session and a champions session. Recommended for firms over roughly 30 staff. £1,500 of the fee is credited back in the same way; the pilot and champions sessions are yours to keep either way.

How the credit works

Commission any follow-on build, Enable or Embed work within 90 days of receiving your roadmap, and once its combined fees pass £3,500 before VAT the full £1,500 comes off the invoices of that work. Everything commissioned inside the window counts toward the £3,500. The credit has no cash value, applies once per client and lapses after 90 days. Book within the window and the credit stands even if delivery runs later. For Discover Plus, £1,500 is the creditable element; the pilot and champions sessions are yours to keep.

Design

Included with every engagement.

Design is a one-day workshop that turns your Discover roadmap into a plan on a page, with the price of the chosen route fixed in it. You never pay separately for this stage: it is included with every engagement that follows a paid Discover.

One roadmap, two routes to build it.

The agents and automations on your roadmap can be delivered two ways. Choosing between them is exactly what Design determines.

Route one

We build it

FiveForward designs, builds, documents and hands over the agents and automations, delivered through the Automate stage. Faster to value, and the right fit when internal capacity is tight. What moves the price: the number of agents, the systems they connect to and the state of the source data.

Every build opens with a paid process review and full specification, which is how teams joining at Enable reach Automate without a full Discover.

Route two

We train your team to build

FiveForward trains your people to build agents and automations internally, with our support and review alongside them, delivered through the Enable stage. Slower to value, and the capability stays in-house.

Fixed price for FiveForward's input: two delivery days, two build-review sessions and 90 days of support while your team builds at their own pace. Support means async questions answered within two working days plus the two scheduled reviews. Additional days, cohorts or reviews are scoped separately.

Enable

Role-based training, one stage of five.

Enable is stage three of the method, not the whole engagement. Training exists to serve the adoption route set in Discover and Design.

Small firms can start here directly: the free call, then a session package with a short discovery call built in.

Bespoke sessions built around your team's actual workflows. Every package includes design, tailored materials, examples and exercises built specifically for the role. No generic decks and no off-the-shelf libraries.

Three hours of live delivery, run as one half day or two 90-minute sessions.
Full training days are available at £1,500.
Practical, hands-on sessions are capped at 12 people so everyone works against their own tasks.
Larger awareness sessions and webinars are scoped separately, where the format is a briefing rather than hands-on practice.
Larger groups reduce interaction and relevance, so additional sessions are recommended rather than packing more people into one room.
On-site delivery can be scoped where being in the room earns its place.

When you compare quotes

The cheapest option is usually a one-off training day. Adoption is a different outcome.

Embed

The retainer that keeps adoption moving.

Adoption fades without sustained attention, so Embed runs on a monthly cadence rather than a one-off project.
