FiveForward is a Colchester-based AI consultancy that designs and builds AI agents inside Microsoft 365 for organisations across Essex and trains their teams to build their own, using its five-stage framework: Discover, Design, Enable, Automate and Embed.
We are an Essex consultancy, so the county is our easiest place to work in the room. These pages are for Essex professional services firms: accountancy, legal, advisory and the operations teams behind them, already invested in Microsoft 365 and asking what agents should be doing with the admin that fills the week.
The work is practical. Across Essex we scope and build agents for jobs like client intake, records chasing, document filing, approvals and reporting, all running in your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Where a firm wants the capability in house, agent workshops teach a small builder group to ship and maintain agents of their own. End user Copilot adoption training, when it is needed, is arranged through our training partner.
The framework
Every engagement runs on the same five-stage method. The route in is the free consultation, then Discover.
The paid input phase. We sit with Essex partners and operational leads to map how work moves through the firm and where an agent would earn its keep. £1,500 fixed, covering Discover and Design together.
The production phase, covered by the Discover fee. It turns what Discover found into the costed roadmap and ends with a playback of about an hour where you choose the route and the price is fixed.
Agent workshops for the builder group who will own agents in house. Sessions run from £850 and end with a working first agent built and running in your tenant.
We build the agents and automations on the roadmap. Scoped builds are typically £5,000 to £15,000 depending on the number of agents, the systems they connect to and the state of the source data. On route two, £3,950 fixed, your team ships its first agents and automations from the roadmap with us alongside.
A retainer from £750 a month, three month minimum, keeps launched agents reviewed and improved and picks up new use cases as they appear.

Discover is £1,500 fixed, covering Discover and Design together, priced for organisations up to around 50 staff, with larger organisations scoped individually on the free consultation with the same credit terms. It is credited back in full once follow-on spend passes £3,500 before VAT within 90 days of the roadmap. Scoped builds are typically £5,000 to £15,000 depending on the number of agents, the systems they connect to and the state of the source data, with the price fixed at Design before work begins. Most scoped builds take two to six weeks from Design sign-off.
Agents run inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. They inherit your existing permissions, so people only see what they could already see, and your data stays inside the Microsoft 365 service boundary and is not used to train models. Judgement and sign-off stay with your people, with agreed review points on every agent.

No. FiveForward works across the UK, with workshops and playback sessions delivered live through Microsoft Teams and build work running online. Essex is simply where in-person days are easiest to arrange.
