The framework page walks through a worked example of a consultancy coming in for Automate support, building a Copilot Studio intake agent with a defined scope and a human review step, close to partner-led professional services work.

AI agents and Copilot consultancy in London
We design and build AI agents inside Microsoft 365 for London firms, taking on the repeat internal work that pulls at partner and fee-earner time, and we train your own people to build the next ones.
FiveForward delivers AI agent consultancy in London for partner-led firms, designing and building agents inside Microsoft 365 with Copilot Studio and the Power Platform and training in-house teams to build their own, on site or online, using its five-stage framework: Discover, Design, Enable, Automate and Embed.
This page is for London professional services firms where partner time, client work and knowledge management all matter, and where the diary is the real constraint. An agent earns its place here by taking a repeat internal job off senior people: triaging intake, chasing outstanding records, filing documents or assembling a reporting pack, with judgement, advice and sign-off staying with people throughout.
We design and build the agents ourselves or train a small builder group inside your firm to do it, usually both. The work runs inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform, and delivery fits a hybrid week: build work and check-ins run online through Teams, with on-site time kept for the sessions that repay the diary space, such as the Design playback and agent workshops.
Agent projects stall for a familiar reason: the build starts before the job is named. Someone opens Copilot Studio, a demo impresses in a partners' meeting, and then it never survives contact with real client work because nobody agreed what the agent was for, what data it should trust or where a person reviews its output.
The FiveForward Framework gives London firms a route that respects partner time: Discover and Design name the job and fix the price before anything is built, Enable trains your builder group, Automate ships the agents on the roadmap and Embed keeps them reviewed and improving after go-live.
How an engagement runs in London
Five stages, framed for London teams.
The route in is the free consultation, then Discover. The stages that follow are sized by the roadmap.
A paid input phase, £1,500 fixed covering Discover and Design together. We map where partner, fee-earner and support hours go across your London teams. Together with Design it produces a workflow map, prioritised agent use cases and a costed roadmap.
The production phase, covered by the Discover fee. It ends with a playback session of about an hour, timed for partner diaries, where you pick the route and the price is fixed before any build starts.
Agent workshops for your builder group, on site or online to fit a hybrid week. Sessions end with a working first agent built and running in your tenant.
We build the agents and automations on the roadmap. Scoped builds are typically £5,000 to £15,000 depending on the number of agents, the systems they connect to and the state of the source data. On route two, £3,950 fixed, your team ships its first agents and automations from the roadmap with us alongside.
Retainer support from £750 a month keeps agents reviewed and improving: agreed review points, usage checks and steady changes as client work shifts.
Who this suits
- Partner-led professional services firms where client work and the diary set the constraints
- Leadership teams that want the job named and the price fixed before any build starts
- Hybrid and distributed teams that need playbacks, workshops and reviews to work online as well as in the room
- Firms that want agent-building capability in-house rather than a standing dependency on a consultancy
Common work
- Client intake and enquiry triage agents for partner-led firms
- Records chasing agents that follow up outstanding client information and documents
- Document filing and engagement letter automation with partner review kept in place
- Approval flows that route sign-offs through Teams instead of inboxes
- Reporting flows that assemble recurring internal packs from data already in Microsoft 365
Delivery is usually hybrid: the Design playback, agent workshops and build reviews on site where they are worth the diary time, with build work and check-ins handled online between sessions.
London is easy to reach by train, so on-site days are practical for the moments that need them: the Design playback, an agent workshop with your builder group or a build review where seeing the agent run in the room builds confidence.
Most of the build work runs remotely, which fits a hybrid week and avoids pulling fee earners off client work. The honest split is online for momentum and build progress, on site for the playback, workshops and alignment that a call cannot quite deliver.
The point is not to run everything in person. It is to use the right format: online for momentum and build progress, on site for the playback, workshops and alignment that a call cannot quite deliver.
Proof and examples
Worked examples, not local name-drops.
The examples below are worked scenarios showing how we build these engagements.
A worked example shows letters of engagement automated from CRM data with partner review kept in place, the kind of governed build that suits client-facing firms.

Questions before you choose the next step.
Do you work on site in London?
Yes. London engagements are usually hybrid. The Design playback, agent workshops and build reviews happen on site where they are worth the diary time, and build work runs remotely between sessions so client work is disrupted as little as possible.
What does an agent build cost?
Discover is £1,500 fixed and covers Discover and Design together, priced for organisations up to around 50 staff, with larger firms scoped individually on the free consultation. It is credited back in full once follow-on spend passes £3,500 before VAT within 90 days of the roadmap. Scoped builds are typically £5,000 to £15,000 depending on the number of agents, the systems they connect to and the state of the source data, with the price fixed at Design before work begins.
Is our data safe with an agent?
Agents run inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant and inherit the permissions you already have, so an agent can only see what the person using it can see. Data stays inside the Microsoft 365 service boundary and is not used to train models. Every agent we build has agreed review points, so judgement and sign-off stay with your people.
How do we start?
With a free 30 minute consultation. No pitch and no obligation. If it makes sense to continue, the next step is Discover, and Discover and Design together produce a workflow map, prioritised agent use cases and a costed roadmap.
Can our own team learn to build agents?
Yes. Agent workshops from £850 train a small builder group and end with a working first agent built and running in your tenant. A first declarative agent takes about 15 minutes to build. On route two, £3,950 fixed, your team ships its first agents and automations from the roadmap with us alongside, with two delivery days, two build reviews and 90 days of async support answered within 2 working days.
Do you train end users to use Copilot?
Our own sessions are for the people who will build and run agents. Where a firm wants end user Copilot adoption training alongside an agent programme, it is arranged through our training partner.
