Power Automate Consultancy is the current page for Microsoft workflow automation support. It covers process review, flow design, approvals, error handling, documentation, ownership and handover so automations are useful after the first build, not just impressive in a demo.

The service is now named after Power Automate because most enquiries in this area are about flows, triggers, approvals and Microsoft 365 connectors. Power Platform can still be part of the conversation, but Power Automate is usually the practical implementation route.

This route helps teams that are moving work between forms, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and approvals by hand. It is also useful when an existing automation is fragile, undocumented, owned by the wrong person or hard to change when the business process moves on.
