No pitch and no obligation. We talk through which jobs take your team the most time and whether an agent fits. If you already know which accountancy agent you want, we scope it there and then, and the specification is included in the fixed build price.

Discover: £1,500, with Design included.

Most firms start here. Up to six hours of conversations with your team, across one team or service line. We find where the hours go and you get a costed plan you keep whether or not you carry on.

The £1,500 covers Discover and Design together. Credited back in full once follow-on spend passes £3,500 before VAT within 90 days of the roadmap. Need more teams covered? We'll quote any extra sessions up front, before we start.

Embed keeps it running.

From £750 a month. We check each agent ran and what it flagged, chase approvals that have waited too long, fix broken connections and keep up with Microsoft's changes and yours. Three-month minimum, reviewed quarterly.

The five stages

Five stages, one direction.

That's where the name comes from. Each stage has its own page, and the FiveForward Framework sets out how they connect.

  1. 01 Discover: find the work worth handing to an agent Up to six hours of conversations with the people who do the work, then a costed plan of where the hours go. £1,500, covering Design too, and credited back.
  2. 02 Design: the plan, the route and the fixed price Everything Discover found becomes a plan on a page, played back in about an hour, with the price of your chosen route fixed. Included in Discover.
  3. 03 Enable: workshops for the people who'll build Hands-on workshops for the few people in your firm who know the work and will build agents. Not an IT course, and no coding needed. From £850.
  4. 04 Automate: agents built in your Microsoft 365 A ready-made accountancy agent at a fixed price, or a build from your Discover plan, tested on your real examples with approval steps and logging.
  5. 05 Embed: we keep your agents running A monthly retainer from £750 that checks each agent ran, chases what's waiting and keeps up with Microsoft's changes and yours.
