Discover is a fixed piece of work that maps how your teams really work and where Copilot earns its place. You come out of it knowing what is worth doing and in what order, whether or not you carry on with us.

The free consultation comes first. Discover is what we recommend on that call when the fit is right. Once follow-on work passes £3,500 within 90 days, the £1,500 is credited back in full, so Discover pays for itself once the programme begins.

Discover is where the work becomes visible. We listen to the people doing the tasks, map where time disappears and separate useful AI opportunities from vague ideas. Along the way we spot the early adopters who volunteer experiments and use cases, the people who often become champions later.

You leave with a workflow map, a prioritised opportunity list and a costed roadmap of what is worth doing and in what order, whether or not you carry on with us. The roadmap is shaped around the three layers we work in: all staff using Copilot confidently, a smaller group building with agents and automation, and the processes where the firm begins to embed both.
