Design services.

Shape the programme before people are asked to change.

Design is a one-day workshop, included with every engagement that follows a paid Discover and never separately charged. The morning covers the pilot team, the rollout sequence and the 30, 60 and 90 day targets, plus the build route decision on agents and automations: our team builds them, or we train yours to build them in-house.

The afternoon produces the plan on a page, which is also the proposal. It fixes the price of the chosen route, so you know the cost before any wider work begins. Champions' teams are sequenced early so their use cases become the pilot examples.

Adoption Programme Design

Copilot adoption consultancy helps UK businesses turn Microsoft 365 Copilot licences into confident everyday use. It is for organisations where access is in place but usage is patchy, unfocused or hard to measure. We shape the rollout around the teams, workflows, training and support that turn access into normal working habits.

The build decision

One roadmap, two routes to build it.

Once the roadmap is set, the agents and automations on it can be delivered two ways. Neither is the better answer on its own. The right route depends on your internal capability, appetite and budget, and choosing between them is exactly what Design determines.

Route one

We build

FiveForward designs, builds, documents and hands over the agents and automations. You get full documentation at both a high level and a technical level, plus a handover session. Faster to value, and the right fit when internal capacity is tight. This route is delivered through the Automate stage. What moves the price: the number of agents, the systems they connect to and the state of the source data.

From £5,000

Fixed at Design, typically £5,000 to £15,000.

Route two

We train your team to build

FiveForward trains your people to build agents and automations internally, with our support and review alongside them, delivered through the Enable stage. Slower to value, and the capability stays in-house. When the 90 days of support end, ongoing support continues through the Embed retainer.

£3,950

Fixed price for FiveForward's input: two delivery days, two build-review sessions and 90 days of support while your team builds at their own pace. Support means async questions answered within two working days plus the two scheduled reviews. Additional days, cohorts or reviews are scoped separately.
