Design: the plan, the route and the fixed price.
Included in Discover and never charged separately. Everything Discover found becomes a plan on a page, played back in about an hour, with the price of your chosen route fixed.

The whole plan, on one page.
It ends with a playback of about an hour. You see the plan, choose the route and the price is fixed. When you accept it, it becomes the engagement letter for the next stage.
Design is included in your Discover fee and never charged separately. The plan is yours whether or not you carry on.

One plan, three ways to build it.
None is the better answer on its own. It depends on how much time your team has, and whether you want the skills in-house. You choose at the playback, and no build starts until the price is fixed.

Is Design charged separately?
No. Design is included in the £1,500 Discover fee and never charged separately.
What happens at the playback?
We walk through the plan on a page in a session of about an hour. You choose the route for each agent, and the price of that route is fixed there and then. When you accept the plan, it becomes the engagement letter for the next stage.
What if we don't go ahead?
The plan is yours whether or not you carry on with us.
Who approves what the agent does?
You decide what each agent may do on its own and where a person has to approve. By default, anything that goes to a client or raises a bill waits for one of your team.
