Across Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, forms and approvals, it stops routine admin bouncing between people by hand. We choose the smallest route that does the job: a plain flow where the steps are fixed, a Copilot Studio agent in the middle where a step needs judgement.
Routine steps running as standard automations, with AI only where judgement is needed, is also what keeps Microsoft's usage charges low and predictable.
