Before the call

A good consultation starts with the real work.

You do not need to prepare slides or a formal brief. The best starting point is a plain description of what is happening today, what feels slow or uncertain, and which jobs take your team the most time.

If there are internal constraints, mention those too. Licence timing, governance concerns, data sensitivity, budget windows and change fatigue all affect what the right first agents are and how quickly the roadmap should move.

Bring the awkward bit

The most useful calls are specific. Bring the workflow, SharePoint concern or repetitive process you suspect an agent could take off your hands, or the blocker that is making progress harder than it should be.

Expect practical questions

We will usually ask who is involved, what Microsoft 365 tools are already in use, what has been tried, what needs to be safer or faster, and how success would show up in everyday work.

Leave with a direction

The outcome is usually Discover, sometimes a decision to fix foundations first. The point is to make the next step clearer, not heavier.
