A firm's first session starts with a two-hour preparation session with your team. James works out which of your jobs the exercises will use, which applications your team works in and where an agent would fit in your workflows, then builds the materials around them. The exercises reference your own processes and, wherever we can reach them, your own applications, so nobody follows a demo about a company that isn't theirs.
That's what the two hours are for. Your team leaves knowing not just how agents work, but how to use those skills in your own firm, on the jobs they do every week.
That work is included in the first session price. It isn't sold on its own.
Repeat sessions of the same material for another group are the session price only. So is training for a team that has already done Discover, because the training is built from what Discover found for them. A different team needs its own preparation session.
Training booked within the window counts towards the Discover credit, like any other follow-on work. Every session is hands-on and follow-along. Each step is shown on screen and everyone does it as they go, on their own machine.
